499bit Terms and Conditions

1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all services, games, betting features and related activities on the 499bit platform. 499bit is an online betting and casino service platform that provides services in Bengali for users in Bangladesh.

These Terms are effective according to Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). In the event of any dispute or interpretation, the Bengali version shall be considered final.

499bit reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Continued use of the platform after amended Terms are published will be considered evidence of acceptance of the new terms.

2 Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To register and use services on 499bit, applicants must be at least 21 years of age. Minors are not permitted to open an account, and any account opened in violation of this will be immediately closed.

2.2 Registration Process

Each user must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. A person may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, this will be treated as a prohibited activity.

• Full name (as per national identity card)
• Active mobile number
• Email address
• Date of birth
• Preferred payment method details

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

499bit reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. Identity verification may be mandatory before processing withdrawals or for transactions above a certain amount. Failure to provide the required documents may result in the account being temporarily suspended.

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Sharing your account details with any other person is strictly prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify our support team immediately.

You are responsible for all activities carried out through your account. 499bit will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access, unless it is proven that the fault lies with 499bit's own systems.

3.2 Account Currency

All transactions on 499bit are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies may be converted automatically, and 499bit is not responsible for any differences arising from the conversion rate.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods are accepted for deposits on 499bit: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200.

• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly
• If there is a delay due to a technical issue, please contact the support team
• Deposits made through a third party are strictly prohibited
• Repeated deposits from the same mobile number or bank account are permitted

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, if identity verification or other security checks are required, it may take longer.

4.3 Withdrawal Restrictions

Withdrawals may be suspended or rejected in the following circumstances:

• If identity verification has not been completed
• If the wagering requirements of an active bonus have not been met
• If there is a suspicion of fraud on the account
• If evidence of operating multiple accounts is found

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users are eligible for a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a bonus of ৳2,000, giving a total balance of ৳3,000.

The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the total of the deposit and bonus. That is, the specified amount must be wagered before the bonus becomes withdrawable.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirements have been met
• Each user may claim each promotion only once
• If another active bonus is present when a new bonus is claimed, the existing bonus may be cancelled
• If bonus terms are violated, the bonus and any winnings earned from it may be forfeited
• 499bit reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion

5.3 VIP Program

The 499bit VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. You can advance to higher tiers through regular gameplay and betting activity. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at different rates for each tier. VIP benefits are personal and non-transferable, and 499bit administers these benefits at its discretion.

6 Gameplay and Betting Rules

6.1 General Gaming Policy

All games on the 499bit platform are operated through third-party software providers. Game results are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology and are completely fair.

If the result of any game or bet is affected by a technical error, 499bit reserves the right to void that round and refund the bet amount.

6.2 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each game and betting market. These limits are displayed in the game interface and may change at any time.

6.3 Sports Betting

Betting is available on various sports including cricket, football and kabaddi. If a match is cancelled after a bet has been placed, the bet will be automatically voided and the bet amount refunded. Odds may change during live betting sessions.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited, and violations may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Operating multiple accounts under one person's name
• Providing false or incomplete personal information
• Using any automated or bot software for betting
• Abusing the bonus system or attempting to circumvent its terms
• Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering
• Attempting to access another user's account
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities of the platform
• Gaming using funds belonging to a third party
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor

8 Privacy and Data Protection

499bit treats the protection of users' personal information as its highest priority. All data is kept secure through SSL encryption technology.

9 Limitation of Liability

• If a delay or loss occurs due to the failure of a third-party payment provider

10 Responsible Gaming

• Evidence of fraud or illegal activity
• Extended period of inactivity
